Where are you located?
We are a US-based company. We design and print our t-shirts right here in the USA. We have printers in both Florida and Texas.
For our international customers, we have partnered with printers around the globe to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We partner with printing partners worldwide so that your order is printed and shipped from the location closest to you. Shipping rates vary by location, so be sure to check our shipping policy for details specific to your area.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a special number so you can follow your package's journey, right to your doorstep.
What materials are your products made of?
We use high-quality, comfy materials for all our tees, soft enough for comfort, durable enough for work or errands, and gentle on the skin. Exact materials may vary depending on the item, but you’ll find the details on each product page.
What if I need to return the item or there’s a problem with my order?
We offer returns and exchanges for 30 days after your order, or 60 days if it’s during the Christmas season in December.
If your order didn’t arrive when expected, you received the wrong item, or there’s a misprint or other problem, please contact us right away at support@prideandpedantry.com or fill out our contact form. We’ll be happy to send you a new product or offer a refund and you won’t have to send anything back. We pride ourselves on great customer service so don’t hesitate to let us know of any issues!
If there’s not a problem, but you’d like a size exchange or changed your mind and would like to return the product, that’s ok. Please let us know. You’ll need to pay for return shipping, but we’d be happy to make the exchange or issue a refund as soon as we receive your return. Please contact us first to start the return process.
